Terms of Use & EULA

These Terms of Use ("Terms") and the End-User License Agreement ("EULA") govern your use of the Divine Timing iOS app (the "App") provided by Divine Timing ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Entertainment purposes only

Divine Timing provides astrological content, timing "windows," and AI-generated readings for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not advice. The App does not provide, and is not a substitute for, professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or relationship advice. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make. Never disregard professional advice because of something the App said.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App or its content, except as allowed by law.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Divine Timing offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Premium"):

• Premium may be offered as a weekly or yearly plan. A free introductory period may be offered on eligible plans.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered and you subscribe, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region; we may change pricing prospectively.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, text, and brand are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Readings you generate are for your personal use. You retain whatever rights you have in the questions you type.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the App to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its providers.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading is accurate or will produce any particular outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Apple EULA & third parties

If you have not entered into a separate written license agreement with us, the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the App. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and that Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it; subscription terms above continue to apply to any active subscription.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have where you live.
